Viewing the home before bidding?
On most of our properties we will have an Open House the weekend prior to the end of the selling period. That will be the opportunity to view the home for all buyers.

What about a home inspection?

The properties on this site are offered for sale by local real estate agents on behalf of private homeowners, wholesale investors and some Banks or Lending institutions.
Can I use a lender?
Yes, you can use a lender. However, in order to submit a bid, you will need to provide us with a “pre-qualification” from a licensed mortgage lender. What does it mean to be a member?

HOW TO PLACE A BID/OFFER
You must be a registered member of our site. Registration is currently FREE. Working with a Realtor is required. Once the winning bid/offer is achieved a Realtor MUST facilitate the entire process from bidding, contract submission, inspections to closing.

During the bidding process you will receive several emails. You will receive one each time you place a bid, are outbid and at the end of the sale to notify you if you of the outcome of the sale. Please check your junk mail folder.
Placing bids will be done in bid increments. Bid increments may be adjusted during bidding process by our team. Adjustments may occur during extensions.
END OF SALE
At the end of the sales time period all bidders will receive a notification of the outcome.
What happens when I win the bid?
Upon winning, your real estate agent will need to submit an MLS purchase and sales agreement and all applicable addenda within 24 hours to listing agent.
Seller has the right to accept, counter or reject offer.
